The Opportunity I Had Always Been Looking For!
Changal was one of the most significant opportunities I've had. There, I learned extensively and grew from my experiences, including my mistakes.
I joined Changal during their nascent stage. Initially, we had 10 orders per day. By the time I left Changal, we were processing more than 2,500 orders daily in an intensely competitive landscape.
My decision to join them was driven by the allure of building a team from scratch, the freedom to innovate, and the invaluable lessons that often come from failure. During that time, I deepened my understanding of Customer Experience (CX), marketing automations, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), analytics, and other essential domains that propelled my expertise to new heights. Key Responsibilities:
Managing online and offline advertising campaigns.
Managing website including the optimization of product pages, checkout pages, and A/B testing in order to increase conversion rate.
Developing marketing technology stacks (Data collection, analytics and activation) and cross-device marketing automation.
Working with agencies and managing outsourced marketing.
Our team achievement:
Achieved a consistent minimum of 20% MoM growth.
Boosted brand visibility and recognition significantly.
Enhanced retention rates by 45% post the implementation of advanced Marketing technology.
Elevated the customer experience, leading to a notable improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).
